Yes. You’ll work with the same email marketer and copywriter on all of your projects. Similar to an in-house email team, you’ll collaborate with the same person every day, who will be an expert in your field, and build a relationship with them over time. Your email marketer will become increasingly familiar with your brand, making completing projects super easy.
To serve you better, our standard commitment is six months, but we also offer a month-to-month model. However, there are two scenarios where we may require you to sign an annual contract
1. When you request us to sign an NDA.
2. When you need setup assistance, and if you sign a contract for 12 months, we will waive the setup fees for you.
Our core team, including copywriters, is based in the US. Our copywriters are native English speakers.
For the first free email trial, we will ask that you provide us with an email copy or at least a content idea for our copywriter to turn into a customer-facing email. We will then design the email for you and send you a final proof that is ready to be sent.

We bill monthly via credit/paypal/bankwire at the beginning of each period.
Invoiced billing is available only for 6 to 12-month terms, but we do not extend payment terms.
Payments are due in full at the beginning of the period.
